5. Shipping and Delivery

NEROX currently ships within Lebanon.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping within Lebanon is charged as follows:

• Orders above $120 qualify for free shipping.

• Orders below $120 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $4.

The customer is responsible for applicable shipping charges displayed or communicated during the ordering process.

7. Exchanges and Refunds

NEROX does not offer returns for refunds for change of mind or other reasons stated in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

We offer exchanges for eligible size or item changes within 14 days of receiving an order, provided that the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be reviewed for an appropriate solution.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at neroxwear@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide relevant order details and clear photos of the issue.
